Streetcar Flats is in the Salt Lake City School District, close to Nibley Park School, and Highland High School.

Lease Terms

An apartment lease agreement is a legally binding contract between a landlord and tenant that outlines the terms and conditions of renting an apartment. Time: Creating an account and filling out our short application form typically only takes 5 minutes! 

Application Fee: $40

Lease Terms

Shortest-term lease agreement is 6 months  and anything less than 12 months will have a $250 short term lease fee.

Length: 3–15-month lease terms

Security Deposit: $500 

Guarantor or Co-Signer: Guarantor accepted

    • Please log in to your resident portal and click on the payments icon in the top navigation bar. You have the option to pay rent in 1, 3 or 12 installments. Contact the office for more info. 

  • How do I submit a service request? 

    • Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your maintenance request ticket. 

  • What security measures do you take? 

    • Our buildings have controlled access, giving you peace of mind. 

  • How do I get parking? 

    • You will need to pay for a parking pass from the office. Parking passes are first come first serve. Contact the office for more info. 

  • What is the pet policy? 

    • Pets are welcome at Streetcar Flats. Contact our office staff to learn more.
